A short post to let you know that I added four pictures of the siggies from Betsy Nanninga to the gallery of the website.
Until this morning the forms on the website could not be submitted. They all produced an error stating that their content was spam. Nothing could be further from the truth. The cause was an incompatibilty between two plugin apps.
It took me the best part of this morning to figure out what happened and to fix the problem. Half an hour ago I tested the forms myself. All of them now seem to function normally again.
My apologies for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
Upgrading to a new version of WordPerfect — the engine behind this website — invalidated the translation tool I used. Because we exchange siggies internationally I decided to present the site in English only. That also makes it easier to manage.
Yes! For the beginning of the new year there is also a brand new version of our siggy list. Some new members are waiting eagerly to start exchanging. Make them happy and immediately send them an email to start a siggy exchange. Who are they? The last column of the siggy list contains an appropriate remark in that regard.
Do you have friends that love patchwork? Encourage them to subscribe to the Siggy List. The list always needs enthusiastic new members.
I use MailChimp to send over 200 emails at once. That program doesn’t accept classical appendices. You can only download the new list using the link you received in an email message.
The next version of the siggy list is scheduled for the end of march 2018.
